OBJECTIVE: Review the examples proposed in class about the e-business matrix.
Make an example of the value chain of a restaurant.
DEVELOPMENT
- E-Business matrix.
The e-business matrix is the business relationship that
has an e-business model that is applied to a business and determines how it is
working and how it makes its sales; depending on the parties that make or
interact in a transaction.
- The value chain.
"The value chain is the sequence of activities
carried out by the company to design, produce, sell, distribute and support its
products. In turn, the chain is part of a larger value system "(Magretta,
2014, page 67). According to Ventura Victoria. "The value chain is a methodological
instrument for the internal analysis of the company, which allows us to
partition the company into separable activities and, in this way, know how that
activity contributes to achieving the desired objectives" (MAPCAL, SA,
1997, page 59).
